Shipping FAQs:

How quickly will my order be sent out?

We try to get all orders out within 5 days, our average is 2-3 days. If you have a subscription, we send out subscription boxes the Tuesday/Wednesday after your order. 

Are there any shipping discounts?

Yes! Free standard USPS shipping of any order of $35 or more, and free priority shipping on any order of $60 or more. 

Where can I find my tracking info?

Your tracking info will have been emailed to you after your order was sent out. If you don't see the email in your inbox or your spam, send us a chat message or email us at hello@plantflix.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you!

My tracking information hasn't updated in a while, what can I do?

If your order was just shipped out, tracking can take a couple of days to update. Most orders arrive within a week of shipping out, with exception of busy holiday seasons. If you see your package hasn't moved at all for 2 or 3 days from a particular location, you'll want to submit a request to USPS so they can track it down for you.

My item says it was delivered but I haven't received it, what can I do?

You will want to first check with any neighbors to see if they got your package by accident. If you can't find it, submit a ticket to USPS so they can retrieve your order. If they cannot locate it, send us an email to hello@plantflix.com with their message and we'll figure out what to do!

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Sadly, not at the moment :( We're still a very new business and there are many regulations for sending seeds outside of the country! We're working on building up the capital to get the help we need to get set up for international shipping, so with any luck we'll be able to ship outside of the U.S. within a year or so!

How do I pick the right seeds for my home?

We have a few options for finding the right match! First off, we have a blog right here on choosing the right seeds.

My seeds haven't germinated, what can I do?

You're not alone! Growing from seed, especially houseplant seeds, is tough! 

First thing to check is time, your care sheets for the seed will indicate germination times, has enough time passed?

Next, if you haven't already, check through the seed guide to ensure you did all the necessary steps for growing your seeds. It's also helpful to check through this post here, that covers many common mistakes with setups and how to tweak them

If your setup looks good and your seeds have had enough time to sprout, email us and let us know which seeds, your seeds' lot number, and their setup[photos help!]. We will make sure to help :)

How do I take care of my sprouts once they germinate?

When can I start fertilizing my seedlings?

You usually want to give seedlings some time to grow in before fertilizing them. A good rule of thumb is to wait for the second set of adult leaves to start coming in, then to start watering them with half-diluted soluble fertilizer(like Noot!)

How does the rewards program work?

Every dollar you spend earns you 1 Seed Point[once you sign into the Plant Perks rewards program, the link will be on the bottom left of your screen]! Once you get 100 Seed Points, you will get an email with a $5 coupon :) You can also get a $5 coupon by referring friends[they'll get one, too!]

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes! If you're a business vendor, you can find us on Faire by going to plantflix.faire.com. If you're buying for gifts or for a corporate program, send us an email so we can send information about the bulk discounts we offer.
