Instructions:
Kale prefers moist soil, but make sure not to overwater the plants. When harvesting, harvest the outer leaves so that the plant can be continually harvested.
This variety of kale is considered sweeter than other varieties, and is great eaten cooked or fresh. It is a great cold-hardy vegetable, with the leaves tasting sweeter after a cold frost.
