Instructions:
They prefer full sun, but can grow by a bright windowsill or under powerful grow lights more slowly and producing a smaller harvest. You can harvest the green stems in 90-100 days, the 3-6” bulbs mature in 90-120 days and prefer cooler temperatures. You can plant them in the fall and have them overwinter and harvest in the spring, or plant them in the spring to harvest in late summer.
